‘Tis the season of cooking at home for the family! This week, I’m sharing my quick and easy Fresh Baked Egg Bites – perfect for your holiday brunching needs!
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of prosciutto crudo or bacon
- 1 organic egg
- chives
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Shredded goat cheese
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line one ramekin or muffin pan with a slice of prosciutto or bacon – it’s okay if some of it drapes over the edge. Crack the egg into the meat-lined ramekin or muffin pan. Add a dash of black pepper and a sprinkle of chopped chives. Sprinkle goat cheese. Bake for 15 mins.
