I promised to let you know when Sarah Andrus’ new cookbook, “Full of It,” became available, and the time has come to fill your belly!

I’ve shared her recipes here on All Natural Family Doc before in these delicious posts:

I can recommend this cookbook in full confidence because I met Sarah when she came to me as a patient in need of healing. We worked together as she took charge of her health and the health of her family. And one of the big changes she made was food.

Sarah’s nutritional goals are organic, gluten-free, soy-free, GMO-free, and only natural sugars. This cookbook is the result of years of testing recipes (that her kids would eat, too!) and seeing her body heal as a result.

And now she’s sharing her love and skills with all of us!

If you love nutrition but hate cooking, you NEED this addition on your kitchen shelf! Sarah has crafted simple, nutrient-rich recipes for any level of experience.

Perfect for the busy mom who needs a quick weeknight meal, the dad who’s trying to find sweet treats for his kids with food allergies, and the grandmother looking for a holiday meal classic.

In “Full of It,” Sarah offers ideas for breakfast, main and side dishes, sweet treats, and even sauces and beverages. And if you love beauty, you will love these beautiful full-color photographs. They’re gorgeous and one of my favorite features of the cookbook!

Cooking is not my first love, but I DO love the simple ingredients (some recipes only need four!) and cooking methods in “Full of It.” Even I can manage these meals, and so can my kids!

If you want to get your hands on “Full of It,” click the link to grab your copy. When you get it in your hands, check out the acknowledgments. You might see a familiar name (wink).

Follow Sarah’s amazing healing journey, and get even more recipes, on social media, too!

The Garden of Life

Hello, hello! I hope your spring is off to a beautiful start. The weather is gorgeous, things around us are blooming and new seasons of life are occurring all around us! I usually begin to start cleaning up my personal garden every spring and have always found it fun to apply my garden analogy to my friendships.  Gardens and friends can contain annuals, perennials, evergreens and of course, even weeds.
