How to Successfully Plan Your Week

Prepping for a new week ahead can be tough, especially after a long and relaxing weekend. Dr. Jessica is sharing five easy steps to starting a new week off right.

New Week Preparation

  • Get up and make a cup of fresh coffee
  • Put on and diffuse Young Living Essential Oils
  • Meditate or write in a gratitude journal
  • Meal plan for the week ahead and setup and online grocery delivery order
  • Get together outfits for the week for the whole family
