Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Pork Ingredients: 

Instructions: 

  • Play pork shoulder inside slow cooker. Pour apple cider vinegar, salt, and garlic over pork. I cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and place in large serving bowl. I like to save the meat juices to cook collard greens in. Mix in barbecue sauce and serve with your favorite side dishes.

BBQ Ingredients:

  • 1 29 ounce can of organic tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Redmond Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon organic yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon local honey

Instructions: 

  • Combine all ingredients in pot over stove and simmer on low for 30 minutes to an hour for best flavor. Great to make this ahead of time
