Pork Ingredients:
- 3-4 pound orange pork shoulder
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 3 drops Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil
Instructions:
- Play pork shoulder inside slow cooker. Pour apple cider vinegar, salt, and garlic over pork. I cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and place in large serving bowl. I like to save the meat juices to cook collard greens in. Mix in barbecue sauce and serve with your favorite side dishes.
BBQ Ingredients:
- 1 29 ounce can of organic tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1 teaspoon Redmond Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon organic yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon local honey
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in pot over stove and simmer on low for 30 minutes to an hour for best flavor. Great to make this ahead of time
