Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork
Ingredients for Pork:
- 3-4 Pound Pork Shoulder
- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 3 Drops Young Living Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil
- 2 Drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil
Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:
- 1 29-ounce Can Organic Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Local Honey
Directions:
- Place pork shoulder inside slow cooker. Pour apple cider vinegar, salt and garlic over the pork. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove meat from slow cooker, and place into a large serving bowl. (I like to save the meat juices to cook the collard greens in!) Mix in the BBQ sauce, and serve with your favorite side dishes!
