Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients for Pork:

  • 3-4 Pound Pork Shoulder
  • 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 3 Drops Young Living Rosemary Vitality Essential Oil
  • 2 Drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce:

  • 1 29-ounce Can Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Local Honey

Directions:

  • Place pork shoulder inside slow cooker. Pour apple cider vinegar, salt and garlic over the pork. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove meat from slow cooker, and place into a large serving bowl. (I like to save the meat juices to cook the collard greens in!) Mix in the BBQ sauce, and serve with your favorite side dishes!
