I also offer various testing, so you know what issues need resolving to achieve wellness. Some of these tests are from an affiliate program and will take you off my site. Others can be purchased directly from me. I can help you understand all your test results through a phone consult.

I’m also available for private consultations! Just fill out the new patient form here and let’s get started!

Hello, hello.

Today, we’re going to talk about what wellness means. It’s really fascinating to me when people tell me, “I’m so healthy.” But they’re on anti-depressants, or Singulair because of their sinuses, or they’re on asthma medication. And I’m like, wellness is so much more than just the absence of disease.

And when we really look at the human body, for me to get you out of symptomatology, I just have to get your body working about 60% well. And then you’re probably, OK. But tell me what works well at 60%. I mean, that’s failing in school. That’s not working if you’re a mechanical airplane. You’re going to go down.

What Is Normal?

So why is the human body acceptable at such a low percentage? And why are we being taught that having a disease, having an illness is somehow normal and where you’re supposed to be? Like moms come to me with kids that are having reflux and they’re being told that’s normal. I’m like, no, no, no, no, no, no.

So, when we start talking about wellness, step one is, what do you have that is exhausting you mentally, physically, physiologically? These are all questions that you should be asking. Is your frame of mind just expanding and joyful? Is your body responding in the way that you want it to respond, or does it hurt?

Does your colon work regularly, or are you having to take stuff, or did you think as I did for 25 years that if you went to the bathroom one time a week, you were doing good?

How Well Does Your Machine Work?

These are questions that I really dive into, because your body, your mind, your ability to create your life is all dependent upon how well this machine works. And 60% is not going to get you where you need to be going.

So, wellness to me is so much more than just, “hey, I’m not on any meds, so I must be doing OK.” If you want to know more, dive in and ask your questions, because I’m going to answer them. Talk to you soon. Bye-bye.
