Healthy Homemade Gummies
- 1.5 cups of NingXia Red – click here to purchase
- 4 Tablespoons Grassfed Great Lakes Gelatin
- Silicone molds
- Bring 1/2 Cup of Ningxia Red to light boil
- Put gelatin in a glass bowl
- Pour hot Ningxia Red into the bowl, while whisking briskly
- Pour 1 cup of Ningxia into bowl and mix
- Spoon into molds
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour (minimum)
PS I DO NOT RECOMMEND STORE GUMMIES. There is too much sugar in them. Remember I recommend kids only have 25 grams of sugar a day, adults only have 50 grams a day. This includes fruit.
