Healthy Homemade Gummies

Ingredients:
Steps:
  • Bring 1/2 Cup of Ningxia Red to light boil
  • Put gelatin in a glass bowl
  • Pour hot Ningxia Red into the bowl, while whisking briskly
  • Pour 1 cup of Ningxia into bowl and mix
  • Spoon into molds
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour (minimum)

PS I DO NOT RECOMMEND STORE GUMMIES. There is too much sugar in them. Remember I recommend kids only have 25 grams of sugar a day, adults only have 50 grams a day. This includes fruit.
