Ingredients
- 1.5 cups raw organic nuts (choose your favorite)
- 1/3 cup organic peanut butter or organic almond butter
- 1 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons pure organic maple syrup
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil, melted and cooled
- 3 tablespoons cold spring water
- 1 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground organic cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Redmond Real Salt
- 1/4 cup organic cacao nibs, optional
- Finely chop the raw nuts in a food processor. Once finely chopped, add in remaining ingredients and allow a thick paste to form. The dough should have a sticky texture.
- Roll the mixture into 16 to 20 balls. Store in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to enjoy these goodies.
