The first time a patient is in my office, I will ask if they have had a concussion or hit their head. If either one of those questions comes back as a yes, I know we need to fix it. The brain processes close to 17 trillion messages a minute, any blows or inflammation to this area will slow this transmission which means the rest of the body at some point also won’t work properly either.

One of the greatest things that I have done, is learn how to develop a very loving relationship with my brain. I spent many years, listening to voices that did not lead me in the direction that I wanted to go or relationships that I wanted to sustain. I needed to learn how to be loving and kind to myself so that in turn, I could be the same to others.

The body is perfectly made to self-heal. We support that natural ability by listening and responding.
