Hello, hello! It is World Health Day. If you are not feeling like you have a world of health, I want you to ask yourself the four questions below. Each one ties into one of my Four Pillars of Health and can be used as a simple check-in with yourself.
We have doctors for everything – lady doctors, heart doctors, kidney doctors, colon doctors… you name it, we have a doctor for it. But, what at I have found over the years, is none of those doctors are actually talking to each other, which is a major issue.

One of the greatest things that I have done, is learn how to develop a very loving relationship with my brain. I spent many years, listening to voices that did not lead me in the direction that I wanted to go or relationships that I wanted to sustain. I needed to learn how to be loving and kind to myself so that in turn, I could be the same to others.
