To achieve your fullest, healthiest potential, you must strike a harmonious balance of Structure, Emotion, Environment, and Nutrition, allowing you to be fully SEEN within Dr. Jessica’s Four Pillars Of Health. What we have to eat today is different than what we had to eat 100 years ago. It is important to know that your gut and brain are the same tissue for the first 45 days after conception. Your brain splits off and creates the nervous system, and your gut creates the enteric nervous system. The enteric nervous system makes 90% of the chemicals that your brain uses, 80% of your immune system, and 100% of your body’s ability to repair. As a result, your brain’s ability to make decisions and heal is influenced by the food you put in your mouth. This is why we focus so much on nutrition.

I recommend going back to the basics with food.

High Protein – at least 150 grams a day

High Veggies – eat all the colors of the rainbow

Limit Sugars – to under 25 grams for kids and 50 grams for an adult a day, including fruit.

Limit Dairy – A2, organic whole milk is best

Limit Corn – GMO-Free and Organic

No Gluten/Grains – including sourdough and oats

No Soy

No MSG

No Coloring

Opting for a healthier lifestyle involves making mindful choices and embracing whole, unprocessed foods. While it’s not about perfection, reducing your consumption of processed foods can significantly benefit your health. Avoiding excessive sugars, additives, preservatives, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, GMOs, nitrates, artificial flavors, colors, and odors can lower the risk of various health issues, including cancer.
